Customer Zone

Purpose:

This option allows the user to create different geographical zones which could be assigned to each customer.

Usage:

First, go to the main menu and click on Setup/Customers/Customer Zone.

1- To add a new zone, hit the "New" button and type and "Id Zone" ( You can use numbers or letters ).

2- Type a description on the "Description Box". Sometimes, the companies divide their delivery routes into different zones, if that's your case you can establish a brief description about each zone on this section. This option is particularly helpful while deciding which route is more convenient for each customer. Once everything is set, click on "Update" to save this new zone.

Note:

Here you can also modify and delete zones. Hit the "Search" button, select the zone you wish to delete or modify, make the changes you want, and click the "Update" button.
