Setup Payment Methods

Purpose:

The Setup Payment methods Screen allows you to Add, Edit or Delete the valid payment methods that your company will use in the sales or purchases transactions

Usage:

1- Open the Setup Payment Methods Form

View

2- Press the "New" Button to create a new Payment Method

3- Enter the Alphanumerical information

4- Press Update

View

5- In order to edit a Payment Method you need to select it from the list, make the necessary changes to it and press update

6- To delete a Payment Method, find the one you want and press delete

View

Note: You should not delete any Payment Method that have been already used in transactions for the fiscal year.
