Customer Update

Purpose:

This option allows the user to see the list of customers that have a debt with the company. Here, the user is able to see for how long the customer has have this debt, and it also shows the amount of it.

Usage:

First, go to the main menu and click on Sales/Customer Update:

1- After reviewing the balances for each customer, the user can use this option to mark as an “Inactive” those customers whose debt have pass the limit amount or the time stipulated. This can be easily done by checking the “Inactive” option on the customer row.

2- To save the inactives customers, click on the "Update" button.

NOTE:

While a customer is “Inactive” The system won’t allow any sales order or invoice for this customer, until his status is change back to normal.
